Rise (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our services.


2. What We Collect

We collect personal information you provide when using Rise, including:

  • Name, email address, and contact details
  • Account login information
  • Uploaded resumes, screening responses, and interview notes
  • Usage data and analytics related to platform interaction
     

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve our services
  • Personalize your experience
  • Support technical operations
  • Comply with legal obligations 

We do not sell personal data to third parties.


4. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Clients can request to permanently delete candidate data directly within the platform. A manual process is in place for profile deletion upon request.

5. Security

We implement technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect data. Two-factor authentication and encryption are used on secure instances of Rise.

6. Access, Export, and Opt-Out

Candidates and clients may request access to their data, export it in a machine-readable format, or request deletion by contacting admin@use-rise.com.

7. Third-Party Access

Personal data is not shared with third parties except for essential service providers (e.g., hosting or authentication partners). All third parties are contractually bound to protect user data.


Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Rise’s services, applications, and website (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.

3. Use of Services

You agree to:

  • Use Rise for lawful recruiting purposes only
  • Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the platform
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
     

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription plans may include fixed or usage-based fees.
  • Paid add-ons and credit packs are non-refundable.
  • Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the billing cycle, after which a 30-day grace period applies for data access.
     

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology in Rise are owned by Rise and its creators. You may not copy or reuse platform elements without permission.


6. Limitation of Liability

Rise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Use of the platform is at your own risk.


7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.


8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated. You may cancel your subscription at any time.


9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.


10. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us at admin@use-rise.com with a written description of the issue you are facing and allow us a minimum of 30 days to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If a resolution cannot be reached through informal discussions, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before filing any formal legal proceedings. The mediation shall be conducted in Gwinnett County, Georgia, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

Only if mediation fails may either party pursue legal action, which must be brought in accordance with the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section of these Terms.
