Our Story, Why RiSE?
Nasser Nammari is the founder and CEO of RiSE, bringing over a decade of experience in staffing, business operations, and software development. With a background in both recruiting and building technology solutions, he understands the full scope of challenges hiring teams face—from talent shortages to time-consuming, inconsistent workflows. Frustrated by tools that failed to deliver real impact, Nasser created Rise to solve the problems that matter most: wasted time, missed hires, and decision fatigue. His mission is to improve the quality and speed of hiring while delivering value to customers that is second to none.
